Our Wedding Day Nightmare

With our car totaled, waiting on police, we had to navigate making sure we were able to get the rest of the day captured, and deal with the accident. Burnout is Real

With all the changes that covid caused in 2020, it was inevitable that 2021 was going to be a challenge. Even though we were fully prepared for it, what we neglected was our mental health, once the grind really took off. We were in work mode nearly the entirety of the second half of 2021, and it definitely took its toll.

In this first episode of Season 2 of Feast or Famine, that is exactly what we are talking about. What 2021 taught us, and how important it is to be intentional about your mental health, in order to prevent burnout. Because we were ABSOLUTELY burnt out!
